چکیده
A novel modified electrode based on a vanadium dioxide (VO2) thin film was developed for the sensitive determination and to detect azithromycin (AZI) antibiotic. VO2 films were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. The electrochemical properties of estimated using voltammetric techniques. reaction between AZI resulted in considerable shift anodic peak current AZI. limit detection sensitivity proposed procedure also evaluated. study performed square-wave voltammetry, cyclic voltammetry scan rate variation. suggested showed good stability determination, with an analytical curve different concentration 1.0–80 μmol L−1. Under concentrations AZI, values found quantification 2.12 0.64 mmol L−1 (in synthetic urine samples) 42.5 14 (milk samples), respectively. Moreover, it demonstrated that simple combination, PET/ITO/VO2 could be optional system applications analysis pharmaceutical products, aquatic environments, clinical samples (urine) or examine food quality

Surface adsorption and electrochemical reduction of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene on vanadium dioxide.
The electrochemical reduction of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) was investigated using films of vanadium dioxide. Three distinct reduction peaks were observed in the potential range of -0.50 to -0.90 V (vs an Ag/AgCl reference electrode), corresponding to the electrochemical reduction of the three nitro-groups on the TNT molecule. Adsorptive stripping voltammetry was performed to achieve detection...

Crystalline antimony sulfide (Sb2S3) with nanorods morphology was successfully prepared via hydrothermal method by the reaction of elemental sulfur, antimony and iodine as starting materials with high yield at 180°C for 24h.Using oxidation reagents like iodine as an initiator of redox reaction to prepare Sb2S3 is reported for first time. Crystal growth of Sb2S3 was done by increasing reaction t...

متن کاملModelling hysteresis in vanadium dioxide oscillators
Introduction: Vanadium dioxide (VO2) is a correlated electron material that exhibits abrupt insulator-to-metal (IMT) and metal-to-insulator (MIT) phase transitions under the application of a critical electric field (transitions may also be triggered by other stimuli, such as strain and thermal excitation) [1]. These phase transitions correspond to a large and abrupt change in electrical conduct...
